3. To be eligible for Welcome Policy, you must:

 1. Be 18 years of age or older
 2. Be a Toronto resident
 3. Have a before-tax family income of less than Statistics Canada’s Low Income

Adults and older adults (25 years and older) who are approved for Welcome Policy will receive the following annual  $230 credit.

Older Adults’ Discount
 Clients 60 years+, who register for adult programs are eligible to receive a 50% discount off the full adult rate. Older adult discounts do not apply to Older Adult programs, contracted, partnership or third-party programs.
